Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Maids 2 Shine.

General Questions

ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

Yes, there is no charge for our Eco-Friendly cleaning supplies used.  Specific cleaning agents or requests will be factored in upon estimate depending on specific requests

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?

Maid’s 2 Shine Quality Cleaning Services, strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.

If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge and additionally provide one-half hour of cleaning services at no extra charge to compensate for your inconvenience.

If we do not receive notice of a problem within 48 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

Yes, you could get a same day booking if there’s an opening available.  We strive to be flexible and accommodate potential customers as much as we can.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

individual(s) must be present during the time of estimate.  If the date of cleaning will be different than estimate date, we require the individual(s) be present upon entry to facility or household.  An exception will be determined if extenuating circumstances exist.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

All payments are due immediately after the job has been completed.  Our goal is to leave our clients happy and satisfied with the work performed.

ARE THERE NAY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No multi-cleaning contracts required.  We accept one-time cleanings along with long-term cleaning agreements if required.  Fees will apply for cancellations of scheduled cleaning appointments.

Cleaning Questions

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Two cleaners will be sent to your facility or household.  An exception will be determined if extenuating circumstances exist. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
